Embodied VoiceWork is a transformative practice used in art education, music therapy, personal development, and spiritual processes. It opens up a space to free your voice and develop its full potential. Free vocal improvisation creates a deeper connection to your own music—accompanied by the experience of conscious listening and collaborative improvisation with others.
The goal of this work is to embody your voice in all its expression and to establish a deeper connection to your body, your sound, your music, and your creativity. What does it mean to allow your consciousness, breath, and sound to flow freely from your whole being?
In this course, you will learn to feel more grounded and to improvise and sing with greater freedom and expressiveness. Your hearing will become more refined both internally and externally, and your vocal technique will come into balance. This work can open up a powerful experience of emotional, energetic, and creative aliveness.
